Nov 10, 2011 · Toolstation is my first port of call due to the prices being that much lower. Then if a bigger range is needed I'd turn to screwfix, or if I want to see firsthand the size/quality of the item then B&Q are the first DIY chain that I'd consider.

The refund days is Should they take the refund if it is about 3-4 days after the refund period? if we speak to the manager? and will they accept the E-receipt which can be shown on the mobile smartphone? or it has to be a paper receipt?

Jan 19, 2022 · - Are taps from Screwfix/Toolstation brands better in terms of quality and how long they last? - I noticed many at Screwfix (like Swirl) offer a 10 year guarantee whereas Wickes only offer 5 years. Also the plumber told me that the cartridges they hold are compatible with 80% of taps from Screwfix (not sure if this is the case with most plumbers).

Once thats done, which can be carried out on the call, request a full refund of all money's taken. In my case the most they could transact on the call was three months worth.

Apr 10, 2016 · Toolstation probably don't stock much stuff that is identical to B&Q but if you find something instock they will have to price match it. I figured that they should but I'd be interested to know what's happened when people have tried.

I suspect they're saying that it'll be invalidated because somebody else has previously installed it.
