In it state: 1) the problem - they have not delivered the goods you ordered. 2) what you want to happen and when - they deliver the goods within 14 days from the date of your letter. 3) what will happen if they don't do this - you will not hesitate to start a small claims court case to recover your money.

Jun 13, 2009 · so thats 1,000,000 people who dont know there statutory rights. you have no right to a refund whatsoever. it is your fault that they do not fit, you had a reasonable chance to "inspect the goods" for size, ie you should have tried them on in store therefore sports direct have fulfilled their legal obligations and were perfectly right to refuse ...
