If the spring is so brittle it breaks off, you could try heating the broken end to red hot (gas hob?) and letting it cool which may de-temper it so it loses its springiness.

The engine idles and goes well when the throttle squeezed, but only without the grass strimmer attached. Once the strimmer arm is on, the engine cuts out when I press the throttle after sounding choked (lack of air / oil) and cuts out.
Dec 16, 2006 · Glad you got it sorted, I up untill recently thought if the pressures were balanced that you didn't need them but if you read the regs it states that cold is fluid cat 1 and hot is fluid cat 2 and if these are mixed inside the unit it needs check valves.

It is certainly worth the money when work of high class appearance is needed and when performance and security are concerned.

So insulates pipes, allows for small amount of expansion, stops any noises from pipes moving against walls and protects copper from possible attack from render / plaster corrosion. No joins inside wall runs and pressure test before mucking up wall.
Oct 2, 2018 · We are considering insulated plasterboard for external facing walls. Space is tight, so D&D'ing 22mm gyproc thermaline basic seems like the best option. Its roughly 4 to 6 times the cost of standard plasterboard, the plasterboard part is only 9.5mm compared to 12.5mm and only offers a basic level of polystyrene insulation .
