I find it's easier to remember to do it monthly, which has the benefit of giving a more accurate record of usage - and also means it's not the end of the world if you forget occasionally!:o. [.

Whereas, if you email us the meter readings then we can bill your account. on the basis of the meter readings provided by you.

Looking at my account, the last readings were received on 18th February. I contacted Scottish Power, and they said my meters were set up to transmit readings every 30 minutes.
