Aug 1, 2008 · Normally, if a customer is not completely satisfied, retailers will refund, even if they don't agree with the complaint, but you have to understand this would be a gesture of goodwill. If its an injury you have rather than a blister, I personally would visit my GP and I would not of left the shoes in the shop. 0.

Mar 1, 2012 · Shoes falling apart after 3 months. Wondered where I stood on this one. Bought some nice Cat boots in early December from Schuh in Oxford Street, London. They've now just started to fall apart around the eyelets. Actual tearing and the material coming away - to the point that a few more wears and they'll be pretty useless.

She said there policy was that shoes should have 6 months wear - so in answer i would have thought you could at least try. £90 :eek: for a pair of shoes that last only a couple of months. Take them back, see what they say but i would say an exchange at lease but a refund is also likely, depends on what you want.

12 years ago. Origami Bullets. I normally just use my uni ID - that gets you a discount in 80% of places that do a student discount. Unfortunately a few places (e.g. New Look and Superdrug) only do a discount if you have an NUS card. Other than uni ID, however, an NUS card is by far the best to have. Reply 11.
