  2. Feb 1, 2024 · Santander online banking is down this morning. There have been multiple reports on downdetector.co.uk and on the Santander X site. I received an email from Santander this afternoon to say my annual interest Account Summary (to 5th April 2024) was available to download. The summary was sent to my Santander online mailbox yesterday, 30th May 2024.

I'm thinking of changing this to an Edge account which pays no interest, the fee is £3 and just 1% cashback on bills. However, it does have the 4% savings account.

Went to the onecode website as instructed, no reference to Santander on it. Entered my 16 digit code and pressed shop and nothing happened. Thanks.

  7. Sep 5, 2016 · I took about 1500 in cash from my local Santander in February. I took in some ID as well as my withdrawal card as a precaution. No problems. Too be honest it did not even occur to me I might need to ask permission from them in advance to take out my own money and there was no issue.

  8. Nov 13, 2015 · I actually asked Santander this, once via my secure messages and once via Twitter. They both gave different addresses! One was the Bradford one, can't remember the other now. I used the Bradford one, but as several have said, it probably doesn't matter so long as the sort code and account number are correct.

  10. May 24, 2011 · Santander savings accounts all have the same 00050005 account number. It looks to be a technical glitch/incompatibility on the part of both banks. Santander could do with updating their system to give each account a unique account number, and Natwest could do with updating their system to allow multiple SOs to the same account number.
