Found out in year 5 that they had not provided cover even though I had documentation of cover from them. When I got a puncture. There was a switch from AA to RAC by Peugeot. My cover vanished.

OR pay a call out charge.

On Saturday I was driving home from Holiday and had to pull over as the kids were playing about in the back, as I pulled over I misjudged the kerb due to the heavy rain and got myself a puncture in the tire sidewall.

There are 7 months remaining on the policy and this is what I have been told. This is not to be confused with an admin fee for cancelling. Any input greatly received.
