DS's school has set up Parentpay to pay for his school meals. We also use the tax free childcare scheme to pay for DD's nursery fees.

May 4, 2021 · Nope. I did get Salamander to at least keep my staff.xml up to date tho, by using a UDF in SIMS. It does mean when new staff join I just have to upload the already created .xml rather than manually keeping it up to date (Seriously, that's how they expected you to do it before) 5th May 2021, 10:16 AM #15. bobsmith.

Jan 26, 2018 · This is definitely not a proxy, having checked everything and it's allowing us to upload the xml file to Parentpay manually. we were tld that it's a mistype email address on one of the contacts in SIMS, we the contact the email email looks Ok and nobody can find where the mispelt email address is.

Jun 18, 2019 · Then use edit/replace to add a line <RecordType>PREREG</RecordType> to each student. Then replace <Email> with <Street> so that their email address appears in ParentPay in their "Street" field - it gets corrected when MIS:Sync runs properly in September, but for now provides a means of storing email address in the PreAdmission table in ParentPay.
Oct 14, 2018 · 15. It's a serious weak link of ParentPay, the staff and guest pupil (managed move) process is a pain. The MISsync tool won't pull either in from SIMS, so you have to add them manually into the relevant sections for upload to PP - then try to get the identifiers to tie up with your kitchen system which HAS pulled staff in, and probably had ...

Jul 16, 2019 · Just to note as well, - as far as I was aware, until pupils have been removed from the school roll, children should still have accounts and be able to get a refund. This is because Parentpay's data is pulled from SIMS, the school data system.
