To download TV shows or movies you'll need one of these devices with the latest version of the Netflix app installed: Android phone or tablet. iPhone or iPad. Amazon Fire tablet. Google Chromebook. Talking with a Netflix rep they said it was removed to enhance the experience.
Netflix works well on other browser like Google Chrome but I like Edge due to its new features and access. I am attaching the screenshot of the Netflix screen - Please fix this problem as soon as possiible.
Apr 26, 2020 · Prior to disabling hardware acceleration, Netflix shows show Dolby Vision as an option - i.e. 4K and HDR. With hardware acceleration turned off, this is no longer an option. So Edge is the only browser approved for Netflix Dolby Vision, but it can't be used without hardware acceleration, and with hardware acceleration Netflix returns errors.

Jan 1, 2023 · I just bought the Surface Pro 9 last week. Netflix works fine on a browser. No VPN. Already fully updated Windows. Per Netflix this is an on going issue with no fix. So seems the Surface Pro 9 may not currently work with Netflix.
Oct 9, 2020 · Hey, I've been trying to download the Netflix app from the Microsoft store for a few hours now with no luck. I am able to download other apps such as Hulu and Games. I click get on Netflix and it doesn't do anything. I don't have it currently installed so I can't uninstall.
Jul 1, 2021 · When I am playing Netflix on my Microsoft Edge on full screen, after few seconds the colors look dull. Actually what is happening is that while playing it on fullscreen there are two vertical lines on the edge of my screen. one seems Bluish on the right side and the other seems reddish on the left side of my screen and whenever the lines are visible the color looks dull.
