On a web browser if you hover your mouse over the MyBT in the blue menu bar at the top of the web page a drop down box will open and the log out is directly below the MyBT button. Did you enter your full email address and then click on 'Next' -. It looks like 'Next' is still a purple colour - same as background of screen which usually means it has not been clicked.
May 18, 2023 · Re: My BT not responding from website. Whilst that's true of www.bt.com, my.bt.com has additional protection to prevent attempts to hack accounts. It's not uncommon for high risk IP addresses to be blocked from accessing my.bt.com when they're able to access www.bt.com OK. That wouldn't explain the issue for you though.

Feb 22, 2024 · I was renewing my 24 month Broadband and Phone contract with BT and was told I would be moved to EE. If my experience is typical there are going many problems. I was told there would be a confirmation email sent to me on my BT Email. None arrived. The only change I found was there was a second account number on the MyBT app.

Mar 3, 2024 · I've been connected to a new BT package for near a week now and recently recieved an email with instuction on how to claim the 6 month game pass via the "my products" section on the website. However, trying daily to claim it .. 4-5 days later I'm still getting "Unable to process your request. Please try again." pop up ever time i try to claim.
