Jul 14, 2023 · Yes that's normal, when the device stops to receive the AudioSync signal (i.e. Ableton is stopped), it automatically goes in Master mode. Mar 5, 2022 · My own use case: My band plays with a backing track, and we’re not able to sync up. We would like to start every backing track with one bar of a recorded metronome track that tells Midronome the tempo and pulse. After that, we’d route the musical backing track to the PA and use drum machines live perfectly sync’ed to the backing track.
Jun 13, 2023 · There was previously a slight "pop" when playing the first metronome click - now moved to when the device starts Previously no clock was sent during "pre-sync" (when the display shows --- in MidroSync and 24PPQ modes), which could confuse some devices (f.ex. Korg Volca), now the clock is also sent during pre-sync (except for 24PPQ Plus " 2.4.P. " mode)

But, we've also wanted to try using some arpeggiating sounds/effects on the keyboard AND the ultimate dream of mine to be able to loop from the RC 600 as it slaves to the same external metronome that is keeping the SPD-SX and the keyboard sounds ...
May 10, 2023 · What about the possibility for you to import any audio file as a custom metronome click sound? The idea will be to have 4 click sounds which can be changed by you directly. I could add 4 more choices in the list of click sounds (CL.1 and CL.2 settings), called "u1" to "u4", which will be customizable. To change the custom clicks, you would need to:
