  6. Volunteer. It takes many elements to keep MADRA working as an organisation. Whether it is dealing directly with people at an event or in our shops, helping hands-on with dogs at the shelter or assisting with the admin element of how our backroom works, volunteer help is a huge element of this.

  7. Millie's Fund. In the last year, MADRA have rescued over 200 puppies across Galway, with the majority being dumped in fields, ditches and pounds as their owners are unable to find them homes.

  8. Donate. Simply make a donation today for as little as €5 and that will mean the world to us. Setting up a regular donation gives us huge reassurance as regular funding can help sustain us in the work of caring for our MADRA family of dogs.

  9. Our shelter. Located in Camus, Connemara, in the heart of the Gaeltacht, surrounded by beauty and nature. Dogs sleep in purpose built kennels and have a variety of outdoor areas available to them for exercise and enjoyment.
