May 13, 2016 · The test DOES have right and wrong answers. Its an automatic reply from the computer system receiving the tests. You need to get the questions correct before going onto the next step. Its absolute luck in passing it, tbh you could keep changing your answers here and there, if you dont get the questions right, you wont pass through.

Then, were were given a task where you were given a scenario where you had many different tasks to do. You were given five minutes of individual thinking time [There were 8 tasks] you had to consider what your priorities were, how you would deal with it and what problem may occur and how you would handle them.
At my group assessment there were loads of people of various ages, many with far more experience, so don't be over-thrown by anyone, they still might not be what JL are looking. As there were so many people (and for one time slot as well mind you) we wee split into two different rooms and place at different tables (about 6 individuals per table).
Sep 27, 2021 · Hi, my first interview was at John Lewis aswell-I did not get the job, but I definitely learned A LOT from the experience. The group interview consisted of many scenario questions . You have to discuss with others to try and come up with a solution for these problems that customers are facing, (you will have 15-20 minutes to do so), and then you will tell your answers to the assessor.
After 3 or 4 months you get 'yellow discount' this is 12% on everything in john lewis and waitrose. After 12 months you get 'red discount' this is 25% on everything non-electrical in john lewis. Waitrose and electrical items still only get 12% discount. Your family are not allowed to use the card, you can only use it for items that YOU yourself ...
