14 years ago. I have done a tour with Intrepid. It was in Europe and not SE Asia. I had a great time but I understand why you might be seeing mixed reviews. On my trip (in 2007), I learnt that the guided trips are outsourced to local providers, so the trip I went on was not exclusively Intrepid but was sold by other companies as well.
