I have just found out that like myself, many other people are being fobbed off by iglu cruise who are not refunding customers many thousands of pounds for cancellation of their cruise. It seems that they are deliberately sending the same promises of payment on a certain date and then failing to complete the refund.

I received email confirmation from Iglu on 22nd May, that I would be getting a refund and 7 months from the date of cancellation, I am still waiting for a refund. This company are absolutely disgraceful.

Apr 21, 2020 · 21 April 2020 at 12:38PM. We booked a Royal Caribbean cruise for August around Italy through Iglu Cruise last year and the balance is due before tomorrow. I wanted to pay the balance by credit card given the nature of things at the moment but Iglu are now refusing any form of card payments. My only option is to pay via bank transfer or cheque!

Jan 4, 2020 · Vivavoyage offer the best deals in the UK. Iglu/Barrhead/Cruise Specialist just will not match them on price or service in my experience. For unbiased advise you need to do some research. Probably choosing the cruise line and which ship is going to be the most difficult task.
