May 5, 2020 · Hey, I have this same problem. We booked a caravan in Cornwall for 10th July (holidays now cancelled up until end of June with Hoseasons). We booked with reduced deposit of £25 (normal deposit would have been £200). We were meant to pay the balance by 1st May but they have extended this until 17th June for the remainder of the holiday.

Mar 24, 2020 · The ABTA web site says UK accommodation only holidays are covered by the same advice as foreign holidays in this current crisis. We should be offered a Refund Credit Note to use when rescheduling and if we cannot reschedule by 31.07.2020 we are entitled to a cash refund. This is not what Hoseasons are doing!

I love Hoseasons holidays, have been on more than I can remember, usually staying in the 'log cabins'. Haven't been to Wales though. I think the cabins are absolutely excellent for space and comfort. A lot of the parks are very family friendly too.
