As our friend above stated, that is indeed the most likely location to be the save files ( C:\Users\<USERNAME>\AppData\Local\WB Games\Gotham Knights\Microsoft Store\GameUserSettings ) but there can be more. I found a video that will show you all the possible locations for your save files for the Gamepass version of Gotham Knights!

Download and install both the x86 and x64bit versions of the latest 2012 redistributable from the link below, and then restart (not shutdown) your PC.
