Google reviews provide useful information and help your business stand out. Reviews show up next to your Business Profile in Maps and Search. Important: Reviews are only available in certain countries or regions, or to certain categories of businesses.
Reviews and ratings may be removed from the page, and in most cases, they are removed for policy violations like spam or inappropriate content. We don't reinstate reviews that were removed for policy violations. These removal measures help make sure that reviews on Google properties are relevant, helpful, and trustworthy.
On your computer, go to Google Maps or use Google Search. Google Maps: At the bottom right, tap Business. Google Search: In the search bar, enter your business name. Click Read Reviews. Next to the review you’d like to reply to, click Reply. To edit your reply: On your reply, click Edit. To delete your reply: On your reply, click Delete.
