When you submit your Shaw ID & password to Global's web-site, they send that information to Shaw, to ask Shaw to check your Shaw Account, to see if you are subscribed to that TV channel within your TV subscription. If Shaw INCORRECTLY sends a "not subscribed" response, you get the error-message that you have reported.

But when I tried to sign in Global TV website and Global Go app (on iPad), they both said I am "Not Authorized". I have tried many things (clear cache, re-install Global Go app on iPad, etc.) and tried many times. But I still cannot sign in.

Neither of us can sign into Global TV's site anymore and it happened at the beginning of August. The Shaw ID worked last month, and no one has changed the password. It keeps saying user or password is invalid, but they are both correct.

The Tv offering is also know as OTT (over the top) where you download an app to your favourite device (Apple TV, Firestick, Chromecast, etc.) that provides you with a linear tv channel guide. You can susbcribe to a basic package and add theme packs. Teksavvy also offers a home phone service.

The channel is unwatchable . Spent 2 hours on the phone with Shaw tech support last week doing all the usual resets of boxes etc and no resolution.

Or, are you located physically close to a city (such as Vancouver) that has those stations broadcasting (unscrambled, and in HD) "over the air"?
