Oct 10, 2024 · Great interview. Relatable to lots of us, I have had friends who have had similar struggles with alcohol. For me it was a gateway to other things that I struggled with at points, but lots of that interview I can relate first hand and I had tears in my eyes towards the end, particularly the impact on those around him and his parents pride at him turning it around.

Sep 22, 2024 · Went there 18 months back for the wifes birthday. Nice, but a bit too pricey for me in normal circumstances. We went because they were doing a cheapo deal. Enjoyed it. If OPer wants something cosy, The Pheasant Inn about a mile before Keilder. Good food and a nice bar. Rooms smallish but clean and tidy. They'll no doubt have bigger rooms.
