Gary Turner (born 1968) is an English actor who portrayed Carlos Diaz in Emmerdale from March 2000 to December 2001, with a short stint in 2004. His other credits include Families, The Bill, Soldier Soldier, The Courtroom and Hollyoaks: Let Loose.
Carlos Diaz, portrayed by Gary Turner, made his first appearance on 9 March 2000. Turner departed the series in 2001, but reprised the role for a guest stint in 2004. Carlos arrives in the village as a chef and later begins a relationship with Nicola Blackstock (Nicola Wheeler).
