I returned a dress in July 2023 worth £120. I received an email confirming receipt and that I would be refunded in 14 days. This refund never came through. I called and emailed several times but never got a response. I even sent messages on Facebook and Instagram but everything was met by total silence. Forever Unique I want my money !!!!

posted 4 years ago - Natasha Britton. “ Purchased a dress from the international website and received a dress which was from another brand. Contacted customer service as the other brand sold the same dress for half the price. I was told to return using the free returns label to get a refund.
Dec 3, 2020 · Please don’t send a returns to this company you will not get your money back. Contact Your Bank 20/10/2023 However If you have paid debit card contact your bank and they will give you a tempoary refund and take it up with the company.
