May 13, 2024 · I haven’t used Currys for years but I remember, a long time before the internet and mobile phones, wanting to buy a spin drier from Currys. There was a problem (can’t remember what) about getting it delivered so the shop manager brought it round himself after work. It’s one of those things that stuck in my mind.
May 16, 2020 · An LG smart-TV I bought is showing signs of having developed a fault. My receipt shows I bought it 28th May 2018 from Currys (instore), which is very close to the 2 year mark. Their website suggests typically they only offer a 12 month guarantee - and this a repair rather than replace service, I have no additional warranty.

May 26, 2022 · Currys really should be offering a repair, since that's what their warranty says and a chromebook, even refurbished, should last longer than 7 months. This is what the Consumer Rights Act 2015 says " You are always entitled to a full refund / repair / replacement if an item is faulty, unless the fault is pointed out to you when you bought it.
