Now I have one professional (ex line manager) and one personal. One is a work email and the other is a personal email.
Dec 20, 2020 · If pass, then you have to submit your competency based application, which could also include your CV, qualification etc. If your competencies mark 4 and above then you get an interview call. (7 is max) The main thing is you need to understand the Civil service competency framework which main involves behaviours and strength.

The best way to join as a HEO is in a research discipline, as they aren't against fresh graduates. Of course this means you need a research related degree.
