Mar 27, 2024 · Cannot access email login page from android, progress bar goes about a quarter across then nothing, not even reached user / password. Internet connection is fine, other messaging apps work fine. Been like it 3 days
Mar 22, 2024 · BT inform me to contact the "Help Desk" (where is that as it isn't obvious on its "Help pages") with a bmx_2xxx reference. I don't appear to be able to find where to enter this reference. I am already still very disappointed with the BT "New Email Format" as the address book is still totally random and not in alphabetical order, like EVERY other email provider I have ever used over 30 years.
Dec 12, 2023 · Re: BT 'yahoo' mail issue. As per @chrisjp post I would suggest that you first try clearing your browser's history and cookies. While this won't help with the BTMail app it will hopefully allow you to log onto your email account and will rule out or in any problem with the email account. 0 Ratings. Reply.

I've added my post to the growing number of BT email users posting on the "email disconnections have returned" thread who are also experiencing this problem. Ever since the login change, my email page no longer keeps me signed in as it used to. Although I tick the box "keep me signed in" I get.
