With the introduction of the Sky Sports+ Chanel I can see the new Chanel listed on the TV Guide when using my BT Pro Box , but cannot access the extra live stream football matches when available. If you have a NOWTV account which BT arranged for you and you pay as a part of your BT bill, then it should work in the BT Guide and the NOW app. If you have a NOWTV account which you created with NOWTV and pay them for - then it will only work in the app.

Jun 14, 2022 · Re: BT-TV GUIDE CH104 Programme Unavailable. Same here in my BT box. This happened on Sky boxes on Saturday night - again on the Channel 4 football. Sky got it fixed just in time. Freeview tv guide is OK for 104. Fibre 2 Unlimited using EE Smart Hub 2 with EE TV Box Pro (UHD/HDR) in IP mode.

Recently after a software update the TV guide times didn't link up correctly to the recording times. Solution was that I turned off the box.

Sep 20, 2023 · BT Sports were rebranded to TNT Sports, so your subscription is the same, just a different name. The BT/TNT Sports app is closing, instead customers are to use the Discovery+ app, again same content just a different app. If you have no channels then it's not caused by the recent changes, possibly a fault, ring BT and ask for help.
