Biohazard is the second quest in the Elf (Prifddinas) quest series. The quests plot deepens as Elena finally gets a chance to process her plague samples. Buried under these samples, lies a well-hidden secret.

- Talk to Elena and she will tell you that her Distillator has been stolen by the Mourners and the tunnel is blocked. Accept her quest and she will tell you to find a man called Jerico.
- Jerico is located in the house south of the north bank in East Ardougne. After you have found him, talk to him and he will ask you to find Omart. Before you leave, pick up one Pigeon cage and search his cupboards to find some Bird feed.
- Omart is located west of the Carnillean Mansion. After you have found him, talk to him and he will say every thing is ready but you can't risk it with the watch tower so close.
- Go to the watchtower which is located north of Omart (next to the closed city gates). To use the bird feed, you will need to stand in the corner where the two spiked fences meet.
Go to the north-east corner of the city and enter the Mourner Headquarters. Open the door to the west and go upstairs. Open the door to the east and kill a Mourner to obtain a key. Use the key on the gate in front of you to get into the caged room. Search the crates in the caged room to find the distillator.
Biohazard continues the storyline after the Plague City quest. The plot deepens as Elena finally gets a chance to process her plague samples. Buried under these samples lies a well-hidden secret.

The player will not be allowed in because several mourners are ill with food poisoning, and they are waiting for a doctor. Nurse Sarah's house in West Ardougne. Head to Nurse Sarah, who is in the building southwest of the church. Search the cupboard in her house to obtain a Doctors gown.
