I wouldn't trust Andertons' claim that guitars are set up in store at all. I once bought a jazzmaster that had the saddles all over the place, and when I asked if they could set it up prior to purchase, I was just handed an allen key and told to do it myself. Recently I also tried a Jazz Bass that they were selling second-hand.

I've always found that andertons need a clean guitar player, for funk, jazz, reggae and pop. Basically anything that isn't a 12 bar blues with a tube screamer variant. I would love to change my username, but I fully understand the T&C's (it was an old band nickname).
Saw this morning on Insta, looks very cool and limited to 200. Looks like they're available to order on Andertons now, and as a self proclaimed Thorpy junkie ordered it instantly!
Andertons have generally been good, although sometimes their phone sales staff haven't been particularly helpful. The only issue I had was wasting an afternoon travelling to Guildford to check out a guitar simply based on wrong information stated in one of their videos.
