Zay Harding (Zavan Kerr Harding) is an American television personality and actor born on 1st November 1974 in Lihue, Hawaii. He is best known for his role as Jeff Northcutt on the MTV television serial, Spyder Games. He hosts ‘Tough Trains’, a travel series from the producers of Globe Trekker on Travel Channel.
His parents are Ken and Kitty Harding. He has a sister by the name Sarah Harding-Traverso who is a gymnast. She is a nationally certified Pilates instructor, choreographer, and health consultant offering her professional services through Sarah Harding Fitness, Inc.™. In 2016, she was inducted into the Punahou, Athletic Hall of Fame.
Harding is married to Laura Salem, an costume designer and actress known for films like A Man Apart (2003) and Miracle in Alki: Inspired by a True Story. The couple have been married since 28th July 2001. On 14th August 2017, he posted a photo on Instagram celebrating his marriage after his cousin got married on the same church he did.
From his Instagram posts, Harding and his wife have a daughter who was born on October 27, 2016. Her name is Scarlet Olivia.
