It now occupies a scenic setting atop an ancient, slightly raised earth bank, beside the lagoons and floodplains, which stem from the Zibadianja Lagoon.
The Zarafa Dhow Suites comprise a 2,220-square foot exclusive use villa that sleeps up to four adults and one child in two en suite bedrooms with a private lounge, dining area and plunge pool. The camp's main area is furnished in the same 'campaign' style as the tents and evokes the classic safari ambience of a century ago.

The camp is accessed via approximately 1 hour’s road transfer from Selinda’s airstrip. It has a lovely location within the eastern region of the reserve, overlooking the Zibadianja Lagoon. This is the source of the famous Savute Channel.
