Zack Stentz is a screenwriter who is working on prequel films to The Wheel of Time television series. In 2021, Stentz was reportedly working on the prequel film Age of Legends, and in 2023, he was reportedly working on the animated prequel film The White Tower.
Prior to working on The Wheel of Time, Zack Stentz was best known for writing the scripts for the films X-Men: First Class (2011), Thor (2011), and Agent Cody Banks (2003). He is also known for writing for TV series including Jurassic World: Camp Cretaceous (2020-2022), Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles (2008-2009), and The CW series The Flash (2016-2019).
On July 31, 2021, Deadline reported that Zack Stentz would be writing the script for the film Age of Legends, which would be a prequel to The Wheel of Time TV series. They also announced that this would be one of three prequel films.
