Processes, forms and templates for Masters and Undergraduate students. Applications for ethics review for Undergraduate and Taught Postgraduate students is undertaken at Faculty level. Please contact your Department/Faculty Research Ethics Officer to confirm the process.
Student request forms. If you want to request a change to your registration with the University, for example if you would like to take approved temporary withdrawal or change your award aim, then you will need to complete the appropriate form.
If you are a PhD student, you will be granted access to Converis following your registration with the Research Degrees Team. If you require access prior to this time, please email ethics@brookes.ac.uk with the following information: Student ID; First Name; Last Name; Email address; Faculty/Department Name.
