I got an email saying to please reply to the email with a scanned image of the drivers license and credit card (all but the last 4 numbers redacted) associated with the order details. Of course I thought it was a scam, so I called the store via googling their 'contact us' number.
The only way to get the REAL paypal customer services number is via help / contact bottom left of paypal pages and scrolling down past the FAQ to the 'call us' option to phone them. If you think about it why would paypal ask you to buy google or ebay vouchers or itunes cards to answer your question / issue you a refund or sort out an account issue.
