    Open Yahoo. Go to https://www.yahoo.com/ in your computer's web browser. This will open the Yahoo main page.
    Click Sign in. It's in the upper-right side of the Yahoo main page.
    Click the Trouble signing in? link. This option is near the bottom of the sign-in section.

What you can do is what you've done, strong passwords and 2FA. As long as those attempts come up as Unsuccessful, you're doing it correctly.
