The problem occurs with the support portal after it passes the xilinx.com login request. I have tried both when actively logged into xilinx.com and have logged out and then logged in again only when specifically trying to connect to the service portal.
Jun 8, 2022 · I see Xilinx is now part of AMD company. I suggest you open a AMD Support ticket and see if they can help you with logging in from here: https://www.amd.com/en/support/contact-email-form. Possibly one of the Moderators might be able to help also indirectly.
