1. Create a new account here using your new email address. 2. Request access to Service portal group (takes about 24-48 hours for all systems to sync up). 3. Contact Xilinx Customer service via the Service Portal so they can transfer all your active licenses to the new account. Please include the e-mail address for the account to be deleted.

Once logged in, you can update your profile information, update subscriptions, or access product licensing and support.
