Jan 12, 2022 · So I just learned that Microsoft has been billing me twice a month for XBox Game Pass Ultimate since September 2020 (I've had it longer than that. It's just that the double-draw from PayPal started that month.) I have gone in circles on the Support page looking for help to no avail.
