  5. I think Jeopardy has significantly higher expenses than Wheel. Jeopardy's got a staff of about a dozen extra people involved in clue writing - paying salaries to all of them, and maintaining a library for their research. And there's another 3 people on the clue crew. And there's a panel of judges.
