  1. Jun 4, 2020 · I can't restart, hard boot or anything. It is a totally black screen. The power indicator button is steady blue (as it should be) and the "light" indicator and battery indicators are also blue. When I hold down the power button for the 30 seconds to power off, it does nothing. I hope I explained it better.

Nov 2, 2020 · The problem doesn't really happen when I'm gaming, but more so when Im just browsing on the web and etc. I have to hold down my power switch to turn off the PC and then turn it back on afterwards. Lately, when I try to shut down my pc normally, instead of shutting down the display will just go blank and the fans will keep running.
