Winger is an American rock band formed in New York City, in 1987. Winger gained popularity during the late 1980s and early 1990s with two platinum albums, Winger and In the Heart of the Young, along with charting singles "Seventeen", "Headed for a Heartbreak" and "Miles Away".
While Winger might not be banking on his namesake band to exclusively buoy his fortunes anymore, the fact remains that he and his bandmates – Reb Beach (guitar), Rod Morgenstein (drums) and Paul Taylor (keyboards) – are still in demand on the heels of their latest release, Seven.
