The first step you need to take is to join a custom Creative island. The easiest way to do this is to enter the game mode selection menu and switch to the "Island Code" tab. In this tab, type in 1004-5222-9786and click on 'Confirm.' After this, switch the game to private matchmaking and enter the map.
For the second step, you will have to go to the northwestern part of the map and interact with the AFK XP button in the pumpkin, as shown in the image above. To increase the amount of XP you gain, you will have to find a secret room. This means that you will have to build five floors next to the pumpkin in the southeastern corner of the map, as revealed by the screenshot above. At the end of these floors, you will need to interact with an invisible button that teleports you to the room.
The final step of the Fortnite Chapter 4Season 1 XP glitch requires you to interact with two buttons in this secret room. After interacting with one button, you will have to go back to the room and interact with the other one. Once you do this, you can simply stay on the map for up to four hours and gain XP passively.
