MSCI classifies Argentina as a standalone market and not as part of its suite of emerging market indices.
As a reminder, the MSCI Argentina Indexes will be reclassified from Emerging Markets to Standalone Markets status, while the MSCI Pakistan Indexes will be reclassified from Emerging Markets to Frontier Markets in one step as part of the November 2021 Semi-Annual Index Review (SAIR).
