Jan 5, 2024 · That's a problem to people who wanted gritty dark sexy action. Oh man, for as great as this show was Atlanta blows it out of the water imo, even though both are great. Be warned though, Atlanta starts off relatively normal but it catches its stride hard after season 1 and becomes something truly special.

Nov 4, 2014 · I used a smith machine for years and I've always been fine. One thing to note is don't try and squat like you would in a normal squat rack. Place your legs out in front of you, shoulder width and feet facing forwards. I found it actually worked my quads better than normal squats, but you will miss out on glutes/hams.
