The Netflix series aimed at kids was first released on Netflix back in 2016 to coincide with the games latest release called Skylanders: Imaginators.

When you find out that Skylanders Academy got cancelled by Netflix: I enjoyed the first series, but second and third were painful to sit through for me. Writing took a dive and stories were just not as good as the 1st series imo. Our last drop of skylanders coming back is gone.
