   I currently go Loreto and i study Maths, Further Maths and Physics and i ak part of a high achiever programme. I would strongly recommend Loreto as every department i study in has a lot of support when needed. One thing about Loreto is they tend to have more trips compared to Xaverian.

   I personally felt Loreto had an amazing learning atmosphere at the trial day, and from speaking to the students everyone is supported thoroughly. I never really bothered with Xaverian to be honest but I can say Loreto is my one and only choice and has been since the start.

   Is the maths department a good school?

   • The maths department is excellent - the booklets and teacher support is a big thumbs up. I initially took computing as a 5th as but I dropped it. I don't mean to put you off but - the teacher I had was terrible (but trust me, thats the only downside!.. the other teacher is great, just a shame I didnt get her).

   Is Loreto better than Xaverian?

   • Loreto has a better campus in my opinion and seems to be very modern. Xaverian seems to be university like, with its multiple buildings.etc. Both are really good colleges and I can't decide.... Anyone? Anyone? Both very similar - go to the one that's easiest/quickest to get to. Id say Loreto is easier to get to, but Xaverian is quicker to get to...
