Teacher Adaptability is one theory that might explain the fidelity of teacher’s implementation of AfL in the classroom. Adaptability is an important disposition for teachers in the complex world of education (Collie & Martin, 2016a).
This framework leads to a recommendation for expanding substantially the educational attainment of the workforce, and especially that of marginal populations, with a strong focus on adaptability of workers through their acquisition of both cognitive and non-cognitive skills.
