I would actually recommend you play the original RE3, so that you could see why it’s so cherished, and why the remake isn’t. But I understand younger fans tend to not like the classic controls. In that case you could watch a walkthrough, though of course you wouldn’t get the gameplay experience.
I honestly enjoyed but I definitely understand why it gets the criticism it gets, though I feel some people were a little too harsh on it. The main problems I had with it is that it was too short and felt like they cut way too much that was in the original.
