  1. Does it really surprise you that the head of the Peakies had a mansion whilst his often-a-liability, drug-addled, redemption-seeking, brute of a brother had a modest home, his loud-mouthed and self-serving brother had a small house, and Finn (the youngest, not-so-arguably the biggest wanker in the bunch) had a small apartment?

  2. The eyebrows yet again got more triangular and in slightly bigger in general. Most faces were refurbished in 1999 during production of TATMRR even though only a small number of faces and character actually appeared in the film. Thomas' classic smile as seen in season 6 (left) season 3 (middle) and season 1 (right).

  3. Guy is also older, wealthier, and it's eyebrow-raising when employment and money is mixed up with affairs of the heart. A lot could go wrong. Thomas hasn't exactly had the best track record when it comes to taking large drastic steps to leave Downton. Another reason his ending made me sad was that I saw unlikely parallels between Thomas and Carson.

  4. David Walliams and Matt Lucas. The bank robbers make an appearance in Little Britain USA. The two appear to be very skillful bank robbers, having a quick and simple manner of robbing a bank, with one going in and demanding money while the other drives the getaway vehicle, and a very secluded hideout.

Daenerys Targaryen was very obviously presented as a major character early on in the series, one who viewers are led to believe could very well be the story’s “Chosen One.” Similar to Harry Potter and his scar or, frankly, Luke and Anakin Skywalker’s own dirty blonde hair, it made sense to give her a distinctive physical trait only shared by her fa...

Remember how we said a close examination of the Targaryen’s hair may jolt back some memories you forgot fromGame of Thrones? Well, here we go. The Targaryen family is not native to Westeros. Ethnically, they’re from the Valyrian Peninsula of Essos. All Valyrians were said to be strikingly beautiful, with hair colors ranging from silver to gold and ...

Yes! While neither House Velaryon nor House Celtigar retained their dragons, they came over to Westeros with the Targaryens as vassal houses and (at least, at the time of House of the Dragon) retained their Valyrian features. Characters from both houses appeared in the originalA Song of Fire & Icebooks, but none of them made it onto the television ...

Obviously, Dany wasn’t the only blonde in the original series, and there were some fan theories that any character with lighter locks, like Brienne of Tarth or members of the Lannister family, may be revealed to be secret Targaryens. In actuality though, the strawberry blonde Lannisters are distinctly proud of their Andal bloodline (Andals being on...

Yeah. You remember that whole thing about Jon Snow’s real identity, right? Genetically, Martin treats the Targaryens hair as a regressive trait (much like, well, non-magical blonde hair). So, if a Targaryen marries (or mates) outside of Valyrian bloodline, it’s likely the offspring will sport the coloring of the other family. Hence why Jon looks mo...

We guess that was just the style. Martin’s books don’t place any sacred or traditional emphasis on the family maintaining longer hair and braids, and indeed he’s mentioned short-hair Targaryens at times.

  5. I have stupid long eyebrow hairs, and I usually pluck strays and then comb my eyebrows up and then trim along the comb, which I find super easy...and then I use a brow powder to fill them in and then comb over them with a clear mascara. I never trim the ones in the tail because my tails are suuuper sparse and sad if I don't fill them in.
