Context
the Ha-Cha-Cha meme is from the Mickey Mouse Clubhouse episode "Super Adventure, Part 1". In the episode, Pete comes to the clubhouse shrinking everything and Mickey & Friends turn into superheroes to stop him. Then Pete falls off of a very high area and explains that he didn't want to shrink everything, but the 'Big Boss' said he had to or else he would get shrunk himself. Immediately after, Mortimer Mouse comes out and says that Pete failed to do what he had asked him to do, so he does the famous Ha-Cha-Cha line and shrinks Pete down, then he sings about how he shrunk Pete and soon he'd have it all. Then he takes off.

I've been able to find an example of its use as old as 1988 (Stand and Deliver), but would really like to know where it originated from. I'm suspecting it has to do with disneyland/world, but any searches come up empty-handed due to the nature of search engines.
