  5. May 2, 2008 · Missing one shaft and all flights. Amazon gave me link to contact Winmau about missing parts. Winmau replied to contact Amazon. My only option was to return, then re-purchase. All I wanted was the missing flights and one stem. Why, How, would Amazon send me a box that was obviously opened with parts missing. And Winmau didn't want to help.
